REFERRAL PROGRAMME
Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you refer a specialist professional to 5th Wave.
INTRODUCTION
By participating in the 5th Wave Referral Programme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 To qualify for a referral reward, the referred candidate must be successfully placed by 5th Wave in a permanent role or complete at least 12 weeks in a contract role.
1.2 The referred candidate must not have been registered with, introduced to, or contacted by 5th Wave within the previous six months.
1.3 The referrer must be aged 18 or over.
1.4 The referred candidate must have the appropriate working rights for the country in which they are being considered for employment.
1.5 Only one person may refer a candidate. Where the same person is referred more than once, the first valid referral received by 5th Wave will be eligible.
2. REFERRAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Referrals must be submitted through the official 5th Wave referral process and completed in full.
2.2 Before providing a candidate’s details, the referrer must have obtained the candidate’s consent to be referred and contacted by 5th Wave.
2.3 Referrals made verbally, after a candidate has already registered, or through another channel may not be eligible.
3. REFERRAL REWARD
3.1 The referral reward is a AUD $1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card for each qualifying referral.
3.2 The reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer or any other alternative.
3.3 For permanent placements, the reward will be issued after the candidate has completed their agreed probationary or guarantee period and 5th Wave has received payment from the client.
3.4 For contract placements, the reward will be issued after the candidate has completed a minimum of 12 weeks’ work and 5th Wave has received the relevant payment from the client.
3.5 Eligible rewards will be issued within 30 days of the above conditions being met, unless otherwise notified.
4. GENERAL
4.1 5th Wave may withhold a reward where a conflict of interest exists, information provided is false or misleading, or the referral does not meet these terms.
4.2 5th Wave may amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Programme and these terms at any time at its discretion.
4.3 By submitting a referral, both the referrer and referred candidate acknowledge and accept these terms.
